Customs and duties
In Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, Australia customs duties, customs processing fees and local sales taxes may have to be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Please inform yourself about your local regulations.
You can pre-pay your duties and taxes with UPS once your package is underway, which usually results in the reduction of the brokerage fee and no cash on delivery fee is added. Just use the tracking link provided and follow instructions on the UPS website.
